Shipping

We ship orders via Bluedart, Delhivery, Ekart, Xpreesbees, Amazon or India Post. It generally takes 4-8 days for delivery once it is dispatched from our warehouse. Orders are dispatched in 1-3 working days.

You will receive a WhatsApp Message &  SMS with the tracking details once it is dispatched.

In case the courier communicates that the address provided is out of delivery area, we will refund the amount(in case of prepaid orders only) if the customer does not wish to collect it from the courier's hub. 

Cretto Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for any refunds/claims if the order has been delayed by the courier company due to any unforeseen events like strike, natural disaster, heavy rains or any other operational issues at courier's end. However we will try our best to get it delivered as soon as possible. 

Returns

We accept replacements only in case you have received a defected piece. Please contact us with order details on hello@cretto.com within 7 days of receiving the order.

Our team will check the details and reply back with further details. Depending on the availability of the product, we will either replace the product or refund the order amount.
