Returns

We accept replacements only in case you have received a defected piece. Please contact us with order details on hello@cretto.com or WhatsApp us on +91-8866058738 within 7 days of receiving the order.

In case any items are missing, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. Any requests raised after 2 days will not be entertained.

Our team will check the details and reply back with further details. Depending on the availability of the product, we will either replace the product or refund the order amount.

In case of lockdowns or restrictions imposed by the government, the orders will be dispatched after the lockdown is over or restrictions are lifted.

No refunds or claims shall be entertained in case of delayed deliveries due to unforeseen events like but not limited to strike, natural disaster, heavy rains or operational issues at courier's end. 

In case customer doesn't want a replacement(except for products not eligible for returns and Baby & kids Fashion), the customer is required to send the product back to following address: Cretto Labs Pvt. Ltd., 8 Maninagar, Behind Ashok Garden, Anand Bunglow Chowk, Rajkot - 360004

Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable only in case of pre-approval on a case-to-case basis. Cretto Labs Pvt. Ltd. may choose to deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund amount, depending upon the nature of such request.

Please note that returns are not accepted for Wooden Montessori Toys, Teethers & Baby Essentials products. 

For Baby & Kids Fashion products,

  • Returns/Exchange accepted only in case of size issue, damaged or defective items.
  • Refund issued as Gift card or credit points 
  • Return Items must be properly folded in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Exchanges:

  • Exchange can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Size exchange is available once per order.
  • Store credit given for the exchanged product, valid for 90 days from the date of credit.
  • Shipping costs for the product (to & fro) borne by the customer.

Size Exchange Request:

  • Request for size exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, offered the option of credit points to buy something else.

Reasons for Non-Acceptance of Exchange:

  • Not accepted if the customer doesn't like the material or color.
  • Human involvement in product creation may result in variations; subtle differences must be acknowledged.
  • 10-12% color difference depends on the screen resolution; not eligible for exchange.
  • No exchange for washed and worn products.
  • No Refund, Return & Exchange for the Sale Store.

Cancellations:

For COD orders, we accept cancellations before 12PM on the day the order is placed. Please contact us with order details on hello@cretto.com or WhatsApp us on +91-8866058738 for cancellations.

Prepaid orders once placed, cannot be cancelled. In case the ordered product is no longer needed, we will provide you with store credit which can be used for purchase of other items. In case the order has already been shipped, shipping charges will be deducted from the store credits.

All disputes are subject to Rajkot Jurisdiction.
